Book and more

This will be my first post without images, and probably not the last.

Just want to take this oportunity to invite you to see my book on the same topic, Manhattan – Faces & Places. Some of you may have already seen it (sorry if I repeat myself) but many of my new visitors didn’t, so enjoy. Also, please visit my portfolio of stock photography at Dreamstime, the agency which sells my images.

I plan to constantly add images to this blog, either from my old (but not yet published) images or from the new ones constantly coming. Every time I leave my house I take my camera (Canon T3i) with me, and come back home with new and interesting pictures.

And finally a request to all my visitors: please send the address of this blog to all your friends , because I’d like as many visitors as possible. Your help will be extremely valuable to accomplish this goal. In just two days of “blogging” I reached almost 2000 hits, from more than 10 countries, which is pretty good. Hopefully I will reach 100 times more, with your help. Also please leave your comments, good or bad. It will help me improve.

Thank you

Easter faces

Easter Sunday is a great opportunity to shoot great images. On that day, 5th Ave in Manhattan becomes a pedestrian way for a few hours and newyorkers proudly display their Easter hats and costumes. That’s a New York tradition for years. So enjoy this years’ parade of hats:

Last flight of the space shuttle Enterprise, over Manhattan

On April 27th, the Enterprise space shuttle was flown on top of a Boeing 747, to New York, where it will be displayed as part of  the Intrepid museum. I took those images from Battery park, the southern tip of Manhattan.
