You all know that Apple became a worldwide phenomenon. Personally I’m a Windows/PC fan, but that’s another story. New York city capitalized on this Apple mania by including among its top tourist attractions two Apple stores, one on 5th Avenue near Central Park, and another recently opened inside the iconic Grand Central station building.
The 5th Ave store was recently renovated/redesigned, in the sense that the original outside small glass panels were redesigned and replaced with huge ones. I actually read in Steve Jobs biography that they made a special plant in China to accommodate those huge glass panels.
