Another milestone with my blog – the number of countries from which the views originated, has reached 40. The latest addition to this list of countries (from 5 continents) is Argentina.

Do you like to ride your bike on the streets of New York? How about doing that naked (or almost) . Some people do just that, as part of a protest movement called World Naked Bike Ride. Here’s a few images from the assembly point in Brooklyn, from the 2010 ride.
Every year, 5th Avenue in Manhattan is the host of another parade, celebrating everything Irish – St Patrick’s Day Parade. Here’s some images I took in last year’s parade.
Back in February 2010, we had one of those rare days with snow in Manhattan, which resulted in these nice images below. Needless to say that by next day all that white beauty was gone…

My blog just passed the 10,000 hits threshold. To have the full picture, those hits came from 32 countries over a 6 weeks time-frame. Today’s post about the Shakespeare play on Roosevelt Island had over 1100 hits, which means people liked it – so be prepared for another series of pictures from this wonderful performance, coming tomorrow. And don’t forget to come and see the show if you live in Manhattan. You will not regret it.
More images from Much Ado About Nothing, preformed by Island Shakespeare on Roosevelt Island, starting tonight. I took those images during the last fully costumed rehearsal. If you live in New York, don’t miss this performance. If not, enjoy my images.

Such an interesting subject this photographer choose to shoot, on a bench in Central Park… What you actually do not see is the squirrel in the lower right corner, which this guy was actually shooting. I was sitting on a bench across those guys, and got this great, really funny shot. Central Park is an endless source of great photography.
My new friends from Island Shakespeare invited me to a nice rooftop party, which gave me the opportunity to take these panoramic images of Manhattan East-side and Queensboro bridge.
